Alexa has been so patient with me coming in while trying to grow out a pixie cut I received somewhere else. I come in with photos of cuts I like and she takes the time to discuss with me the best options for what I want with my hair type and texture. When washing my hair she makes sure to always give a quick, but great neck massage. Alexa is really great about paying attention to detail and taking the time to really look over everything she does when cutting as well. When it comes to hair color I would guess she specializes in blondes. (I naturally have dark hair, but she's the only person so far to convince me to consider going lighter with all the color ideas with what would look best on me.)
